Fine art for your indoor environment
This small piece is not one of a kind. I have made several that are similar in order to allow for an entry to mobiles...this can be fit in a small space and is whimsical.
An inexpensive piece offering an artistic flare at a low price. Made of foam and wood it is very light requiring very little air movement to make it dance. Several similar but unique versions of Soft Steps are available.
Inspired by the tubes on a vibraphone, Tubular Silence is indeed silent, and uses light to reflect and refract by bouncing off its clear tubes. Made of heavy film these tubes are soft and light.
Painted wood in various shapes, sizes vary.

Stained wood, This piece uses the strongest shape, triangles, to evoke the feeling of power with peace. Approximately 3 feet X 2.5 feet.
Similar in size to Rising Sun, this piece is made of foam board rather than Acrylic. Much lighter in weight and appearance, this larger mobile flows nicely with rooms of modern touches...White base and an abstract design that has been split to keep the viewer interested.

In a series of mobiles of similar triangular design, Black Sun Ra offer a unique strong presentation. Accents of red help set the mood as this mobile is in motion. SOLD.
Polar opposites shows how opposites can attract. The primary colors of red and blue were chosen as a nod to today's political divisiveness

A nod toward industrialism. Spring Time utilizes common utilitarian objects in a completely unexpected arrangement. While movement in this sculpture is possible, the forces of natural air currents short of a hurricane are unlikely to set this piece in motion. Place it on your credenza and arrange the hanging springs to your desire.
This is the first piece in a new series of self standing Kinetic Art. While the base is stationary this piece is full of moving parts.
. Second in a series of similar, yet unique sculptures this table mounted mobile combines metal, wood and wire to accomplish a piece that will move with the wind or be arranged by the owner.
Outrigger 2 is the second in a series of mobiles where individual two dimensional shapes have been combined with others to give a three dimensional shape the opportunity to add variety, and to catch the wind differently than the singular flat shapes.
This work shows nicely how the size and color of concentric arcs are aligned along a single axis. Available in Now at the R-Gallery
